Terms and Conditions for Personalized Items and Custom Design Orders:

At Artspeak Studio, we understand the importance of getting your personalized items just right. We offer the option to request proofs for personalized orders before final production. If you would like to receive a proof of your customized item, please make a note during the ordering process or contact our customer service team promptly after placing your order.

Personalized items in the shop:

Requesting Proofs: To request a proof, simply mention it in the notes field at checkout or reach out to our customer service team with your order number and request. Proofs will be provided for your review within 1 day of your request in most scenarios for personalized items. Custom orders may take longer, and the time frame will be communicated with you once the request has been made and the size of the project evaluated.

Foregoing a request for proofs:  Proofs are available and provided at no additional charge (up to 3) for personalized items available in the shop. Should you chose to forego the option to request a proof, you are accepting the details you submitted as the correct and final design, and all sales are final. Returns or replacements will only be considered for items that arrived damaged or if the personalization does not match the details submitted. If the personalization is incorrect, but matches the details you submitted, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

Reviewing Proofs: Please carefully review all details presented in the proof, including names, dates, and any other personalized elements. Once you approve the proof, production will begin, and changes cannot be made. There is a limit of 3 proofs per order. After the 3rd proof, if you would still like to request more changes, there will be a design fee that must be paid before your order is eligible for more design changes and proofs.

Production Time: Keep in mind that requesting a proof may extend the overall production time, and the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. Each proof has a window of 48 hours for you to respond to approve the design or request additional changes. If you fail to respond within the 48 hours, the order will proceed to production at the designer’s discretion to any modifications in the design.

Returns and Changes: Having reviewed and approved the proof, personalized items and custom orders are considered final. Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be reviewed if the item arrives damaged.

 

Design Fee Policy for Custom Orders:

At Artspeak Studio, we are excited to bring your unique vision to life through custom orders. To initiate the design process, a design fee is required and must be paid in full upfront. Please note that this fee covers the time and effort invested by our design team in creating a personalized concept tailored to your specifications.

 Design Fee Details:  The design fee is $20. Payment of the design fee is due before the commencement of the design stage. This fee is non-refundable and covers the initial design consultation and concept development, including up to 3 digital proofs of the design. Each proof provides the opportunity to request additional changes or to approve the final design for production.

Additional Changes and Proofs:  After the initial design stage of 3 proofs, we offer the opportunity for additional changes to your order. However, please note that to be eligible for more proofs during this stage, an additional fee of $10 will be applicable for each round of changes, which will include up to 3 more digital proofs. Payment for additional changes must be made before any further proofs are provided.

No Obligation to Purchase:  Upon completion of the design stage, you are under no obligation to proceed with the purchase of a physical product. We understand that the design process is a collaborative effort, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the proposed concept before committing to the final product. Whether or not you choose to place an order, the design fee remains non-refundable.

Approval Process:  You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the design concept with each proof. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will discuss the next steps, including any additional costs for production and finalization of your custom order.

Applying the Design Fee:  Should you choose to move forward with the production of a physical product, 50% of the total design fee will be applied towards the cost of your order, before tax and shipping.
