Due to the custom nature of these products, personalized items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, or a mistake was made on our end. If an error was made in the details you submitted, you will need to place a new order with the corrected details.

 

Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging, along with your order number. We will then assess the damage and guide you through the appropriate steps for resolution.
